The Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital (HSN) is bounded by Main Road, First Avenue and Fifth Avenue on campus. The hospital campus is accessed from the main driveway at 627 Rode Road, Chermside. Commercial vehicles may access the hospital from Webster Road or Hamilton Road as well.

Maxi-taxi

FlexiLink services operate every 30 minutes, Monday to Friday between HSN and Chermside’s Westfield Shopping. First service departs 8:25am from Westfield; last service departs hospital 5:04pm.

Passengers with a TRANSLink ticket valid for travel in zone 3 travel free between the hospital and the shopping centre. Passengers without a valid TRANSLink ticket pay the maxi-taxi driver a flat fare (no concessions).

The FlexiLink service also operates as a hail n' ride anywhere along the route where it is safe for the driver to stop. To hail the service, be in a position on the footpath where you can be seen and wave your arm as the FlexiLink vehicle approaches.

From Webster Road bus stop 37 (points "N" and "O" in map above) take the pathway to The Prince Charles Hospital and then to HSN via the walkway to Level 2 (all sign-posted). All other bus stops are only a short walk away. Hamilton Road may be a little too far to walk for some.

Car Park

Parking is not available at the main entrance to the hospital. Options for parking of cars for patients, visitors etc.

under cover parking is available on campus in a five level secure car park managed by Metro Car Park (fees apply). Payment of fees is accepted in cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard (no Amex or Diners Card). All enquiries to (07) 3350 6421. Please take your parking ticket with you as you need to pay at the payment booth (automated) before proceeding to the exit. You are not able to pay at the boom gate exit.

Patient Drop off/Set down zone

Drivers are requested to set down patients at the designated drop off point before parking their vehicle – see 1 in map above
wheelchairs (if required) will be available at the main foyer on ground floor
after parking your vehicle, drivers waiting for a short stay patient are invited to avail themselves of the facilities in the Deck Café on the Ground Floor. Be sure to make prior arrangements with Day Surgery staff to call you when a patient is ready to be collected
may we suggest drivers collecting longer stay patients firstly proceed to Admissions on the ground floor for assistance. Once again, wheelchairs will be available to assist patients to the pick up point.
