We accept people as they are, bringing to each the love and tenderness of Christ by:-

• acting with sensitivity and understanding
• treating others with respect and love
• being courteous and kind
• a timely response to the needs of others
• having a genuine concern for each other
• communicating with openness and and acceptance of each other's opinions.

• valuing each person's contribution
• caring for the whole person
• respecting the sanctity of life
• offering courtesy and respect to each person
• recognising differences in personal beliefs and values
• providing the same quality of service to all
• treating people equally - being non-discriminatory.

Jesus told this story. 

One blind person cannot lead another; if you do, both will fall into a pit.  No pupils are greater than their teacher; but all pupils, when they have completed their training, will be like their teacher. 

Why do you look at the speck in your neighbour's eye, but pay no attention to the log in your own eye?  How can you say to your neighbour,  'Please let me take that speck out of your eye,' yet cannot even see the log in your own eye?  'You must first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will be able to see clearly to take the speck out of your neighbour's eye.

We will act with integrity and respect the rights of each person at all times by:-

• basing our words and actions on Gospel values
• initiating appropriate stewardship of our resources
• sharing information that will promote health and wholeness
• seeking the truth in all situations
• protecting human rights
• treating all equally
• sharing responsibility.

Then little children were being brought to Jesus in order that He might lay His hands on them and pray. The disciples spoke sternly to those who brought them; but Jesus said 'Let the little children come to me and do not stop them, for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs'. And He laid his hands on them and went on His way.

We seek to create a community characterised by harmony and collaboration through:-
